You may also have an initial consultation or interaction with an attorney before formally entering into an attorney-client relationship. It is important to note that the initial consultations or interactions with a legal professional are intended to guide and assist in resolving your legal matter. However, it is crucial to understand that these consultations do not necessarily constitute legal advice, nor do they establish an attorney-client relationship. It is always recommended to seek personalized legal advice from a qualified lawyer to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.

Suppose you decide to engage a Mex Legal Attorney to provide legal advice. In that case, a separate engagement will be created that establishes an attorney-client relationship between you and the Mex Legal Attorney. Additional terms and conditions will apply in that situation and be provided to you before entering into the Mex Legal Legal Engagement. It's important to note that no attorney-client relationship is formed, and Mex Legal is under no duty to act as your lawyer unless and until a Mex Legal Engagement is signed by both you and Mex Legal. If there is any conflict between the Mex Legal Legal Engagement and these Terms, the Mex Legal engagement shall govern.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our services. In case of any issues with the delivery of your services or billing errors, please email our Customer Service Department at billing@mexlegal.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue, offering you a refund or providing credit for future services if appropriate.

When you contact us, it's important to include any details relating to the Services you have purchased. This will help us understand your situation better and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Mex Legal experience. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please be aware that we cannot refund payments for our plans or other third parties processing your order. Additionally, any direct payments you make to third parties, such as network attorneys, cannot be refunded.

Certain services, like monthly and annual plans, are automatically renewed. If you wish to stop with your plan, please contact us at support@mexlegal.com before your plan's renewal date. You may also cancel services through your online account before they are renewed. To be 100% satisfied with our Services. If there is a problem with the delivery of your Services or if you believe there has been an error in billing, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department by email at billing@mexlegal.com so that we can help you resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit that can be used for future Services when appropriate.

When you contact us, it's important to include any details relating to the Services you have purchased. We do not offer refunds when an annual plan has been purchased or other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to network Attorneys.

Please note that certain services, such as monthly and annual plans, automatically renew. If you do not want your plan to be renewed, please contact us at support@mexlegal.com before your plan's renewal date. You may also cancel Services before they renew via your online account.

If your membership is terminated, we will promptly notify you by email. Please note that Mex Legal may also temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue any part of our services with notice. You acknowledge and agree that Mex Legal will not be held responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of your membership or access to our services.

In the event that a Program Sponsor pays for your Mex Legal membership and decides to discontinue the service, you will have the option to continue with your membership by personally enrolling in a paid subscription. Mex Legal has the right to terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason. This may occur if you violate our terms of service or use our services in a way that could cause legal issues for Mex Legal, disrupt our services, or disturb the use of our services by other users. If your membership is terminated, we will notify you by email. Please note that Mex Legal may also temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue any part of our services with notice. You acknowledge and agree that Mex Legal will not be held responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of your membership or access to our services.

If a Program Sponsor pays for your Mex Legal membership and decides to discontinue the service, you will have the option to continue with your membership by personally enrolling in a paid subscription.

Ownership and Preservation of your Documents

Mex Legal acknowledges that it does not claim ownership of any documents created or uploaded and stored using the Services provided by our organization ("Documents"). By availing of our services, you grant permission for Mex Legal to utilize your Documents in connection with providing Services to you.

By using Mex Legal, you agree that we will retain your Documents. We will only disclose them if required by law or if necessary to comply with legal processes and applicable laws, government requests, or to enforce the terms of Service. We may also disclose them to respond to claims that any To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of individuals, any content that violates the rights of third parties is prohibited: Mex Legal, its users, and the public.

It is important to understand that while using the Service, including uploading your Documents and other content, the technical processing and transmission may involve third-party networks and changes to adapt to connecting devices or networks. Consent to Receive Emails

When you create an account, you will receive messages from Mex Legal, including newsletters, special offers, and updates about your account. If you don't want to receive promotional messages, click the "Unsubscribe" link in the email's footer. However, we will still send you essential messages about your account, such as renewal notices, even if you unsubscribe from promotional messages.

Use of Communication Services

Mex Legal offers a range of Communications Services, including live chat, comment threads, blog posts, question-and-answer products, customer service forums, calendars, and other messaging services. Unauthorized attempts to "scrape," "crawl," or "hack" our Services, whether directly or through intermediaries such as spiders, robots, crawlers, scrapers, framing, iframes, or RSS feeds, are strictly forbidden without express written consent from Mex Legal. Accessing or attempting to access information not intentionally made available to you through our purchased subscription is also prohibited. Reselling Mex Legal content without prior express written consent is not permitted, even if you have used our Services. It is imperative that users of our Services respect and abide by the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Mex Legal does not authorize or invite the use of our website or Services in a manner that would infringe upon local laws and regulations. By utilizing our Services, you are responsible for ensuring that neither you nor any other individual accessing our Services through your account violates applicable laws.

You are also not allowed to circumvent or turn off any security or technological features of our products and Services.

The design, text, graphics, selection, and arrangement of our Services, as well as the legal forms, documents, guidance, and all other content found on our Services ("Service Content"), are owned by Mex Legal, LLC, and all rights are reserved. Any Mex Legal trademarks, including product or service names, logos, and slogans, are also the property of Mex Legal, LLC. When you transmit public-facing user content on Mex Legal, you grant Mex Legal and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any such content worldwide in any media. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation or compensation to you.

Mex Legal is authorized to collect and use aggregated or anonymized information from or about you and other users, as well as user-created documents to research, develop, improve, and market its Services. Resale or unauthorized copying, use, storage, display, or distribution of forms, articles, documents, or other materials copied or downloaded from our Service is strictly prohibited. Finally, Mex Legal's guarantee of the enforceability of its legal documents is only applicable if you unmodify the documents. If you modify the language of any legal documents you obtain from Mex Legal, we can no longer guarantee their legal enforceability.

Release and Indemnify

The use of our Service implies your agreement to release and hold harmless Mex Legal, its partners, your Program Sponsor (if applicable), and their affiliates, officers, employees, directors, and agents, as well as any third-party companies engaged by Mex Legal to fulfill business formation, registered agent or other business filing orders, from any losses, damages, expenses, rights, claims, and actions of any kind, including injury or death, arising from or related to your use of the Services. This release is to be voluntarily and freely consented to, and you must confirm that you fully understand the implications of your agreement.

Furthermore, you are required to indemnify and hold Mex Legal, its partners, your Program Sponsor (if applicable), and their affiliates, officers, employees, directors, and agents, as well as any third-party companies engaged by Mex Legal to fulfill business formation, registered agent or other business filing orders, harmless from any losses, damages, expenses, rights, claims, actions of any kind, and injury, including death, arising from third-party claims related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any other rights.

Program Sponsors are intended to be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

Controlling Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the state of Sonora, Mexico, without considering conflict of law rules, except when preempted by Mexican federal law.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

If you have any concerns regarding our services, you can contact us via email at support@mexlegal.com. We are committed to resolving your issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

However, if we cannot resolve the dispute informally, we agree to resolve it through binding arbitration. The arbitration will occur in the Mexican state where the issue originated or any other location we mutually agree upon. The party seeking arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by certified mail.

Please note that your rights are protected, and disputes can only be resolved individually. You have the right to bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. We do not allow class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, or consolidation with other arbitrations.

There are some exceptions to our agreement to arbitrate disputes. You or Mex Legal may assert claims in any Mexican state if they qualify. Mex Legal may also bring a lawsuit against you in any court of competent jurisdiction solely for injunctive relief to stop any unauthorized use or abuse of the Services or intellectual property infringement without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process described above.

If the agreement to arbitrate is inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, any resulting judicial proceedings will occur in Hermosillo, Sonora's courts. By using our services, you expressly consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts therein.

Please note that Mex Legal may change these dispute resolution and arbitration provisions. However, we will provide notice in the "Modifications" section below. If you disagree with the changes, you can reject them by sending us written notice within thirty (30) calendar days of the notice of modification.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entirety of the agreement between you and Mex Legal regarding their subject matter. They replace and supersede any earlier or concurrent contracts or terms and conditions related to their subject matter.

Waiver, Severability and Assignments

Mex Legal's failure to enforce a provision does not imply a waiver of its right to enforce it at a later time. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. An enforceable term will be substituted for the unenforceable language to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. It is essential to note that you are not authorized to assign any of your rights under these Terms, and any such attempt will be voided. Mex Legal, on the other hand, reserves the right to assign its rights to any affiliates or subsidiaries or any successor in the interest of any business associated with the Services.
